🔁 Easy Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

You can return your item for a full refund within 30 days after delivery if you are not satisfied.

Please note: You must trial the product for at least 20 days before requesting a return under this guarantee.


🔧 Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or malfunctioning, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered!

  • You may return the item within 6 months of purchase.

  • Coocrib will cover the return shipping costs.

  • The item must be returned in the condition it was received.

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and damage


🔄 Exchanges & Replacements

We do not process direct exchanges. To get a replacement item:

  1. Place a new order for the desired product.

  2. Return the original item for a refund (as long as return conditions are met).


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged.

  • We do not refund shipping costs for refused packages or returned items due to incorrect address details.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you via email

  • Process your refund within 30 days

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
