🛍 How Do I Place an Order?

  1. Browse our store and click on the product image to view its details.

  2. Click “Add to Cart” on the product page.

  3. Access your cart by clicking the 🛒 icon at the top right.

  4. Follow the checkout steps to complete your purchase.

⚠️ Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is completed. If inventory is low, they may become unavailable.

🌍 Do You Ship Internationally?

⏳ When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is dispatched.


📦 When Will My Order Arrive?

Delivery times vary by location. On average, it takes 5–15 business days, depending on your country. See our full Shipping Policy for more.


📫 How Can I Track My Order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime by visiting the “Track My Order” page in our menu.


❌ Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, but only before the order is shipped. Contact us ASAP at 📧 contact@coocrib.com.
Once shipped, we cannot cancel it—but you may return it after delivery.


🔄 What’s Your Return Policy?

  • 30-day guarantee: Return unused items in original packaging.

  • 6-month protection for faulty/damaged items (we’ll cover return shipping).

🛠 I Received a Faulty or Damaged Item. What Should I Do?

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage

We'll take care of you right away!


💡 I Ordered the Wrong Item. Can I Return It?

Yes. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions at 📧 contact@coocrib.com.


🔁 Can I Exchange an Item?

We don’t process direct exchanges. Simply place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
